I founded Citihaven.com in 2010.

Real estate websites were problematic and confusing to use, I believed the market needed a much better solution for consumers and realtors as well. This was my vision of creating a platform like Zillow.com or Realtor.com.

MY ROLE

I was the founder, designer, and developer. I mapped out the business plan and designed the service.

I purchased a rather inexpensive out of the box solution that provided the basic functionality to jump start the business but quickly ran into funding troubles with expensive PHP & MySQL development.
